Article 26. Article 28. To see if the Town will accept the altera- tion of the way known as Franklin Street under the pro- visions of law authorizing the assessment of betterments, or otherwise, from a point on the westerly side of said Franklin Street distant nineteen and 33/100 (19.33) feet northeasterly from its intersection with the northerly side line of Broadway to a point on said Broadway distant nineteen and 33/100 (19.33) feet northwesterly from said intersection in said Town, as made and reported by the Joint Board of Selectmen and Board of Public Works; make an appropriation for said alteration and the con- struction of said way; determine in what manner the money shall be raised; or take any action relating thereto.
