Article 59. To see if the Town will amend, alter or revise or take any action relating to the last clause of Section 4-4 of Division 4 of Article XV of the By-Laws of the Town of Arlington, which reads as follows:
"METAL CEILINGS. No metal ceiling of a greater area than sixty-four square feet shall be used in any building," and substituting therefor the following:
METAL CEILINGS. No metal ceiling of a greater area than sixty-four square feet shall be used in any building other than mercantile building of not more than one story in height; or take any other action relating thereto.

Article 61. To see if the Town will accept five one thousand ($1,000) dollar Bonds to be invested and rein- vested, the income only to be used for the purpose of the purchase of children's books for the Robbins Library, the same to be expended under the direction of Trustees of the Library; or take any action relating thereto.
Article 62. To see if the Town will construct - an addition to the new High School building, consisting of class rooms, situated on land of the Town on Massa- chusetts Avenue; make an appropriation for such con- struction; appoint Arthur P. Wyman, Hollis M. Gott, and William O. Hauser a committee to have charge of said construction, and to expend the money therefor; determine in what manner the money shall be raised; or take any action relating thereto.

Article 63. To see if the Town will vote to appro- priate the sum of six thousand ($6,000) dollars or any other sum to connect the class room section "northwest" of the new High School building with the present old High School building; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating thereto.

To see if the Town will make an appro- priation or appropriations for the relocation, alteration, widening, and construction of, and specific repairs upon, all or any part of that portion of the way called Massa- chusetts Avenue, extending from Central Street to High- land Avenue, as now existing or as hereafter relocated,

altered, or widened, including land damages, if any, under the provisions of law authorizing the assessment of betterments or otherwise; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action in any way relating to all or any of the foregoing.
And you will notify and warn the voters of the Town of Arlington to meet at the times and places herein speci- fied by leaving at every dwelling house in the Town a printed copy of this Warrant, and also by posting a copy of the same at the doors of the Town Hall, and in a con- spicuous place in each of the fourteen precincts of the Town, seven days at least prior to the time of said meeting.
Hereof, fail not, and make due return of this War- rant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, on or before said day and hour of meeting.
