Beginning at a point on the northeasterly side line of the new Concord Highway at a point ten feet more or less, from the intersection of the northerly side line of Lake Street thence running northwesterly three hundred thirty feet, more or less, by said Concord Highway to the shores of Spy Pond; thence running northeasterly by the shores of Spy Pond one hundred ninety feet, more or less, to land of the Metropolitan Ice Company; thence running easterly two hundred feet, more or less, to a driveway on the land of the said Metropolitan Ice Company ; thence running southwesterly three hundred feet, more or less, by the westerly side of said driveway to the point of beginning.

Voted: That the Town do authorize the School Com- mittee to sell for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) or to otherwise dispose of the portable temporary school-house now standing on the Russell School property and which is no longer useful for school purposes.


Article 7 taken up (Acceptance of Gift of Land)


Voted: (Unanimously) That the Town do accept a gift by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Metropolitan District Commission of the parcel of land containing six- teen thousand eight hundred forty (16840) square feet more or less, as more particularly described in Article 7 of the Warrant; and that said parcel of land be dedicated to and used for cemetery purposes under the direction of the Board of Cemetery Commissioners.

RECOUNT


Arlington, Mass., December 13, 1934


In accordance with an order received from the Secre- tary of State a Recount of the votes cast for the office of Secretary of State was held on December 13, 1934 in the Robbins Memorial Town Hall, Arlington, Mass.


The meeting was called to order by Timothy J. Buckley, Chairman of the Board of Registrars, at seven o'clock in the evening, in the Hearing Room of the Rob- bins Memorial Town Hall.


The persons appointed to assist the Registrars in the Recount were sworn to the faithful performance of their duties by the Town Clerk.


The candidates for the above mentioned office had been duly notified by the Town Clerk by registered mail.


The meeting adjourned to the main auditorium.


Fourteen tables were used in the Recount.


Some of the candidates were represented by agents.


The Order was presented by Chairman Buckley.
