Powers, et al, and now supposed to belong to the Holly Realty Corp., said point being distant south- erly one hundred and 69/100 (100.69) feet from the south- erly line of Boston Road, thence running easterly along lines parallel to and one hundred (100) feet distance south- erly from said southerly line of Boston Road about eighteen hundred thirty (1830) feet to a point in the westerly line of land now or formerly of Albert Bonavita said point being distant southerly one hundred and 37/100 (100.37) feet from said southerly line of Boston Road; thence run- ning southerly along said westerly line of land of said Bonavita eight hundred fifty (850) feet to a point; thence running westerly crossing land of the petitioners, about eighteen hundred thirty seven (1837) feet to a point in said easterly line of land of said realty corp; thence run- ning northerly along said realty corp. easterly line eight hundred fifty (850) feet to the point of beginning.
ARTICLE 37. To see if the Town will vote to accept as a public way that portion of Woodland Road, now a pri- vate way, as shown on plan of land known as "Rustic Acres" as surveyed by Merrill & Sears, owned by Thomas B. and Nellie A. Welch, beginning at Soule Road and run- ning in a northerly direction for a distance of 700 feet more or less, and that the sum of $870.00 or any other sum be raised and appropriated for original construction

Laws, or take any other action relative thereto.

To see if the Town will vote to create a special unpaid committee to be known as a Regional school district planning committee. to consist of three members, including one member of the school committee to be ap- pointed by the moderator from within the personnel of the existing school survey committee in accordance with pro- visions of Section 14 of Chapter 71 of the General Laws.
