REPORT OF SCHOOL BOARD
To whom it may concern, the following report is re- spectfully submitted :
During the year covered by the report the two dist- ricts of Hebron have had twenty-eight weeks of school each. We believe we have had a very successful year all in all. As has been stated, the village school is so small it is hard to make it as interesting as it would otherwise be. The fall term, too, was broken up, on account of meas- les in the school. Perfect attendance for the year has been attained by Lyla Barnard, Robert Macdougall ; two terms by Lillian Hamilton, Elenor Hartford, Elizabeth Jones, Jean Macdougall ; for one term Wendall Sleeper, Theodore Adams, Gladys Barnard, Norman Macdougall, Clarence Davis.
In the village last year there were two pupils who should have been mentioned as in perfect attendance the second term, namely, Clarence Moore, Wesley Merry.
We respectfully request the selectmen to assess the fol- lowing items the ensuing year :
Money for high school tuitions to amount of $50.
Money for text books and scholars' supplies, $75.
ALICE S. HARTFORD, School board.
