STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
To the Inhabitants of the Town of Jaffrey, in the Coun- ty of Cheshire, Qualified to Vote in Town Affairs :-
You are hereby notified to meet at Union Hall, in said Town, on Tuesday, the eighth day of March, next, at nine o'clock in the forenoon, to act upon the follow- ing subjects.
1. To choose a Town Clerk, one Selectman to serve for one year, one Selectman to serve for two years, one Selectman to serve for three years, and all other necessary Town Officers.
2. To bring in your ballots upon each of the ques- tions submitted by the Convention to Revise the Consti- tution relative to the amendments proposed by said Convention at a session held on January 28, 1921,
3. To hear all reports and act thereon.
4. To raise such sums of money as may be nec- sessary for the support of the poor, building and re- pairing highways and bridges, library, fire department, Memorial Day, street lights and all other town charges.
5. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to borrow money in anticipation of taxes.
6. To see if the Town will vote to pay the fire- men at the same rate as last year, or act in any way relating thereto.

7. To see if the Town will vote to renew the con- tract with the Derry Electric Company for public light- ing or act in any way relating thereto.
8. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money to aid in the support of a Dis- trist Nurse.
9. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money to pay for sprinkling streets.
10. To see if the Town will vote to raise the sum of $5624.50, the same being the amount expended in excess of the appropriation for the year ending Janu- ary 31, 1921, by the Highway Commissioners, Wilbur E. Webster, James H. Fitzgerald and George J. Cour- noyer.
11. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of $150.00, to be paid to the East Jaf- frey Cornet Band for a series of concerts to be given in the season of 1921, as petitioned for by H. L. Ryder and others.
12 To see if the Town will vote to issue bonds, in an amount not exceeding Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) to fund the indebtedness of the Town, or take such other action in reference to such indebted- ness as may be necessary, as petitioned for by Wilbur E. Webster, Louis F. Meyers, E. L. Fay, P. H. Enos, Russel B. Henchman, Frederick C. Sweeney, J. H. Fitz- gerald, L. B. Hatch, J. D. Donahue, Delcie D. Bean, Glenn A. Hunt, George H. Gentsch.
13. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate a sum of money to fix the highway to the old "Poor Farm", as asked for by the owner of said farm, Clement R. Lawson.

14. To see if the Town will vote to accept the pro- visions of Chapter 117, Laws of 1917, for patrol work on a section of the Contoocook Valley Road, so-called, and appropriate or set aside from the amount raised for highway work the sum of $300.00 for this purpose.
15. To see if the Town will vote to accept State Aid Maintenance, and raise and appropriate the sum of $700.00 for this purpose.
16. To see if the Town will raise and appropri- the sum of $325.00 for Trunk Line Maintenance.
17. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to apply for State Aid for permanent high- ways for the year 1921, raise and appropriate the sum of $2430.00 to entitle the Town to the same, or act in any way relating thereto.
18. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of $2,000.00 for Trunk Line Con- struction, and authorize the Selectmen to borrow what- ever additional sum is necessary, for the completion of- Project No. 95.
19. To see if the Town will vote to accept the sum of $100.00 from the estate of John E. Baldwin as a trust fund, the income to be used wholly for the care and re- pair of his lot in the Cutter Cemetery.
20. To see if the Town will vote to accept from the Jaffrey Development Company, as highways, the rights-of-way shown on plans of said Company, on file in Plan Book 2, Pages 17, 30 and 40 of the Cheshire Registry, and known as follows,-Oak Street, Brook Street, Pine Street, Maple Street, Short Street, Grove Street, Birch Street and Juniper Street, as petitioned for by George H. Duncan and others.

21. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Water Commissioners to extend the water main down the South Hill in Jaffrey Center as far as the former residence of the late John Brown, raise and appropri- ate money to pay for same, or act in any way relating thereto, and petitioned for by Robert J. Smith and others.

1. To choose a Moderator for the coming year.
2. To choose a Clerk for the ensuing year.
3. To choose a member of the School Board for the ensuing three years.
4. To choose a Treasurer for the ensuing year.
5. To hear the reports of Agents, Auditors, Com- mittees, or Officers chosen, and pass any vote relat- ing thereto.
6. To choose Agents, Auditors and Committees in relation to any subject embraced in this warrant.
7. To see how much money the District will raise and appropriate for the support of schools.
8. To see how much money the district will raise and appropriate for salaries of District Officers.
9. To see if the District will raise and appro- priate a sum of money for the support of a night school.

10. To see what action the District will take in regard to Union Hall notes, raise and appropriate money for the same.
11. To see if the District will vote to raise and ap- propriate the whole or any part of the money previous- ly appropriated by the School District, but not raised; in order to meet the whole or any part of the deficit for the present school year, or act in any way relating thereto.
12. To see if the District will vote to raise and ap- propriate a sum of money to cover the difference be- tween the amount of the budget submitted by the School Board to the State Department for the present school year, and the amount approved and paid by the State Board of Education, or act in any way relating thereto.
