(Carto graphical Note)
On our map (see inside of back cover) we have used only the five counties into which New Bumpshire was divided in 1772, instead of the present division into ten counties.
Also, in all cases where the name of a tom has been changed, singe the Revolution we have given it its old n.me, so as to reproduce, as noirly as possible, the situation as it was in 1776.
In its essential features, our map is simply a reproduction of the map of New Hampshire mide oy D. F. sotzman and published in Hambur;, 1796, by Curl Ernst Bohn.
N. 3. ALL UNMARKED TOMHS HAD CONGR NATIONAL CHURCHES ROMAS IN PARENTHESES HAD UNOR) MIZED CHURCH GROUPS but had regular preaching + a M-house.
