FERGUSON.ALBANY ....
EMERY BROS.' PATENT COTTON GINS AND CONDENSERS, Manufactured by ALFRED B. FARR,
At the
EMERY AGRICULTURAL WORKS,
Under the personal superintendence of
EMERY BROTHERS (WM. B. & GEO. W. EMERY).
Office, No. 2 James Street, corner of State Street, Albany, N. Y.
These CELEBRATED COTTON GINS and CONDENSERS are manufactured in the most thorough and substantial manner; they are compact, durable and efficient, and contain many VALUABLE IMPROVEMENTS made and added to them by EMERY BROTHERS (who were the PIONEERS in Cotton Gin manufacturing in Albany), during several years' experience in making and using Cotton Gins, thereby rendering these Gins capable of ginning MORE COTTON per day, with same power expended, WITHOUT INJURY TO THE STAPLE, than any others yet introduced in the world.
With the Condensers attached, these Gins require but a small space to operate in, as the ginned cotton is discharged from the Condenser in a thick sheet, or bat, and free from the dust and sand that is separated from the cotton by the Condenser and Cleaner attachments; thus delivering the cotton in the cleanest possible condition and most convenient manner for handling and baling.
With these Condenser attachments these Gins can readily be operated under any temporary shelter, or even in the open field, or moved from one plantation to another when desired, or where no Gin houses are built, and without any loss of time, as the cotton is ready for pack- ing and baling as fast as it is ginned.
Cotton growers, dealers and others wishing the BEST Cotton Gins, either with or without Condensers or Horse Powers to drive them, will find it for their interest to procure the EMERY BROTHERS' PATENT COTTON GINS from these Works.
Illustrated Descriptive Circulars and Price Lists furnished gratis on application by mail or otherwise.
Orders solicited and promptly and faithfully executed.
