Highland Park Normal College is easily the largest and best equipped Nor- mal College in the west, The success of the school is without precedent. It is a solid, substantial school, organized and conducted on business principles, thoroughly equipped and embodying everything that is good in modern prin- ciples and practices of teaching.

Conservatory of Music. This is unquestionably the best equipped Con- · servatory of Music in the west. The teachers cannot be excelled anywhere in the country.

Accommodations. Besides the college building there are nine other build- ings owned by the school and devoted to the accomodation of students. These buildings are all furnished completely throughout, heated by steam and hot air and lighted by electricity.

Equipments. The school is thoroughly equipped with everything needed for successful school work. No expense has been spared in providing the most thorough and successful work in Pharmacy, Electrical and Civil Engineering, Chemistry and the like.

The Library. The Library contains 4,000 volumes of the choicest books that can be had. The reading room is well supplied with daily and weekly papers and periodicals, and with the best magazines published .

Special Training Department. This is the most thorough and complete school in the country for training teachers in Kindergarten and Primary work.

Query. What is the use of attending a school where you cannot find the studies you want and the accommodations are poor? Why pay money to be taught .by poor teachers? Why spend twice as long in mastering a branch as is necessary ? In fact is it not poor economy to attend any school that is hopelessly behind the times in methods of instruction, accommodations and equipments and all that goes to furnish the best in modern education.
