and to determine in each case how and under whose direction the money shall be expended, to impose any conditions and restric- tions thereon which the Town may see fit; to determine how much money so appropriated shall be available for expenditures under Clause (34) of Section 5 of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, Ter- centenary Edition; to determine what, if any, sums so appropria- ted shall remain available after December 31, 1935; to fix the terms and conditions of any loan or loans authorized to procure any of such funds and to authorize the issue of bonds or notes for the same, and fix the term and rate of interest of any such bonds or notes; to fix such salaries as required to be fixed by the Town Meeting; and to impose such conditions upon the drawing of compensation from the Town as the Town may see fit; or take any other action in reference to any of the foregoing subjects.
COMMITTEE REPORTS (By direction of the Selectmen)
ARTICLE 2. To take any action that the Town may think pro- per upon the reports of the several Town Boards and Committees and appoint or change any committee that the Town may think pro- per.
TOWN FINANCES (By direction of the Selectmen)
ARTICLE 3. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the town treasurer, with the approval of the selectmen, to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1935, and to issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accor- dance with Section 17, Chapter 44, of the General Laws, Tercen- tenary Edition.
ARTICLE 4. To see if the Town will vote to authorize its Treasurer, with the approval of its Selectmen, on and after Jan- uary 1, 1936 to borrow in anticipation of the revenue of the year 1936.
ARTICLE 5. To see what sum of money the Town will vote from surplus for the use of the Assessors in determining the tax rate for the year 1935.
ARTICLE 6. To determine in what manner taxes shall be col- lected during the current year, and fix the rate of interest on all taxes remaining unpaid after the time fixed for payment.
ARTICLE 7. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to sell or otherwise dispose of any real or personal property of which the Town may be possessed or seized and for which it has no further use, including all real estate of which the Town has possession or title for non-payment of taxes; to see

if the Town will vote to authorize any other department to sell or otherwise dispose of any personal property in its possession and to determine the manner or conditions of such sales, or take any other action in reference thereto.
ARTICLE 8. To see if the Town will vote to authorize its Board of Selectmen to accept conveyances or mortgages of any real or personal property belonging to persons receiving relief from the Town and to dispose of said property in the manner they may adjudge for the Town's best interest, and to authorize them to discharge any encumbrances on said property if they consider it for the best interest of the Town so to do, and to see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the dis- charging of such encumbrances.
ARTICLE 9. To see what disposition the Town will make of any insurance money which may be recovered from the loss or dam- age by fire of any Town property and to see what action the Town will take in reference to paying from the Municipal Building In- surance Fund any such losses on property not covered by insurance.
STREETS AND SIDEWALKS
ARTICLE 10. (By direction of the Selectmen and on petition of abutters on the several streets hereinafter named )
To see if the Town will accept the several reports of the Selectmen laying out as Town ways the following designated pri- vate ways and parts of ways, or any of them, to wit:
Hinston Road from East Street to Sunset Road
Sunnyplain Avenue from West Street to its present termina- tion.

or any portion of said ways and will authorize the Board of Se- lectmen to acquire by gift or purchase or take by right of emi- nent domain in fee for all purposes of a public street and high- way in and over each of said streets as so laid out and accepted, and to see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the working of each of the above named streets including the acquisition of the fee above referred to and for the building of any bridges, drains and conduits or securing ease- ments which may be necessary in connection therewith and to see whether the Town will authorize the Board of Selectmen to accept deeds of any reservation strips existing in connection with any of said streets, or to take any other action in reference thereto.
ARTICLE 11. (On petition of the Planning Board) To see what sum of money the Town will raise and appropriate to reconstruct, resurface, widen, straighten, relocate or work the following Streets :
Pleasant Street on its westerly side from the land of Hannah M. Smith to the land of Norman E. and Alice W. Chaplin and on the easterly side from the land of Susie E. Frost to Pine Street both according to a plan of Russell H. Whiting, Town Engineer.
Forest Street from Randolph Street to Columbian Street.

Pleasant Street from the Police Station to Water Street. North Street from the land of Grandell to Neck Street. Pearl and Evans Streets at their point of intersection. Middle Street from Washington Street northerly and from Circuit Avenue northerly.
Middle, Commercial and North Streets from Central Square to Thomas ' Corner.
Front Street from Washington Street to Garfield Square. Pond Street from South Weymouth Depot to Fountain Square. Pleasant Street from Independence Square to Columbian Square.
Union Street to Bates Avenue, and by petition to Reed Avenue.
Broad Street from Lincoln Square to Front Street.
Whitman Street from Broad Street to the Humphrey School (on petition).
Great Pond road from Sycamore road to school property.

To see if the Town will take any action upon the report of the Committee on the widening of Broad Street made in the Town Report of the year 1931 and to see what sum the Town will raise and appropriate for the purpose of widening Broad Street or any portion thereof, or take any other action in relation thereto.

To see what sum or sums of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the resurfacing, construction or re- pair of sidewalks and curbings. on the streets of the Town as hereinafter set forth or take any other action in reference thereto :

To construct a sidewalk and curbing on the southerly side of Columbian Street from Columbian Square to Main Street and from that point on Main Street south to a point near Sargent Bros. Filling Station.
To construct a sidewalk and curbing on the northerly side of Evans Street from Bridge Street to Johnson Road and from that point along Standish Road to Bridge Street.
To construct a sidewalk and curbing on the westerly side of North Street from Bridge Street to the Beach.
To resurface a sidewalk on the Northerly side and con- struct a sidewalk on the southerly side of Broad Street from Washington Street to Front Street.
To construct or resurface the sidewalk on the easterly side of Shawmut Street from Broad Street to Pleasant Street.
To construct or resurface the sidewalk on the easterly side of Randall Avenue from Broad Street to land of James E. Downes.
To resurface a sidewalk on the easterly side of Washing- ton Street from Lincoln Square to the land of the Wey- mouth Trust Company.
To resurface the sidewalk and construct curbing on the northerly side of Broad Street from Lincoln Square to Roosevelt Road.
