Voted that the Town will Receive their part of the sixty thousand pounds according to the Act of the Generall Coart Began and held at Boston for ye year: 1728 Intitled an Act for Raising and settleing a publick Revenue for and towards Defraying the Necesary Charge arriseing in this Government By an Emishan of sixty thousand Pounds of Bills of Creddit on this Province: Voted that the sd Bills shall be Let out at six pounds per Cent pr annum: and Mr Thomas Chever Mr William Basset and Mr William Collins are Chosen and appointed Trustees for ye Town and fulley Impowered to Receive sd Towns Proportion of ye sixty thousand Pounds of Bills of Credit Granted and agreed Upon by the Great and Generall Cort at their session in: 1727 any two of sd trustees to Be A Quorum and to Leet out sd Bills so that they annually pay into the Publick Treasury four per cent and take the Treasurers Receipt yearly for the security of the Town and allso they to pay into the Town Treasury yearly one per cent an an halfe to Defray the Necessesary Charge ariseing within ye sd Town: and the said Trustees to have half one per cent per annom for their trouble for Leting afor-sd Bills and Receiving in as above said: and the trustees are oblidged to pay in a fifth part of the princapl By them Received yearly according to the Generall Coarts act which is: 130£=4s-0 the first of said payments tobe paid into the publick Treasuary on or Before the Last Day of May Anno Domini one thousand and seven hundered and thirty four and so continualy yearly and evry year untill the whole be paid into the publick treasury: and hereby the said trustees are further Impowered that if any person or persons hath or shall hire sd Bills of Creddit or any part there of & shall neglect or Refuse to make payment of the sum or sums Either of Intrest or princaple at the time appointed for said payment: said trustees are fulley Impowered to sue out all such mortgages or obligations :-
and no person to take mower then thirty pounds and no person less then ten pounds and the said Thomas Chever William Basset and William Collins was present at said meeting and axcepted

Divisinall wall Between salem and Lynn & from the above sd heap of stons at the pond near the head of one of the Branchis of spring pond on which Line there stands a stone wall from the south side of the Countrey Rhoad Down to the above sd Branch of spring pond and from thence to the other side of sd Branch to a heap of stons on the Brink of the hill and so to the Spring comonly caled Linn Spring and from thence to a Long Rock part of Which Stands in the Divisinall wall Between Salem and Lynn on the Side of which there is a heap of stons and from thence to a Long Rock in the Divisinall Wall on which ther is a heap of stons from thence to a Small tree in a Swamp with stons Round about two Rod southerly of sd Divisionall wall & from thence to the Contrey Rhoad Leading from Marblehead to Lyn So on to a heap of stons about six foot southerly of John Blaney Senrs Deceasted hous in which Line or three heap of stons which we have Renewed and from the sd heaps of stons at sd Blaneys hous Down to the sea where is a heap of stons westward of the Mouth of a Brook all the afore sd Bounds we have agreed upon and Renewed as witnis our hands
