DRAWN DURING THE YEAR 1936

Daniel J. Fitzgerald Helia Heiniluoma

March 7, 1936

October 13, 1936

35

I desire to call the attention of the citizens to the work done on the records that have been in the vault at the Town Hall, under the direction of ERA and WPA officials, the past year.

The several Town Department records have been arranged to be more accessible for reference ; useless papers and old bills have been destroyed, making room for those that the laws of the Commonwealth require to be kept safely. Many original papers which have accumulated for years have been arranged and indexed and the work in this line is being continued. But little of this class of work could be done by the town with the funds usually available for use of the different departments.

Respectfully submitted,

LOUIS M. HANFF,

Rutland, January 1, 1937.

Town Clerk.
