ARTICLE 13. To see if the Town will vote to appoint a Committee to draw up and compile a set of by-laws, or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 14. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of money from the Machinery Fund for the purchase of a truck for the Highway Department, or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 15. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of $139.79 to pay unpaid balance of New School Construction account, or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 16. To see if the Town will vote to rescind that part of the "Salary Committee" report as related to the dis- tribution of the salaries of the Board of Public Welfare and accepted by the Town at a Special Town Meeting held October 29, 1937, or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 17. To see if the Town will vote to establish the salaries of the members of the Board of Public Welfare, or take any action thereon.


And you are directed to serve this Warrant, by posting up attested copies thereof agreeable to vote of the Town. One at
