Sec. 11. Item 9, Clause (L) to read as follows:


An office or studio for use by a dentist, doctor, engineer, architect, writer or lawyer;


Provided the above accessory use shall not involve the employment of more than three persons, including the applicant;


Provided further, that such proposed use does not necessitate struc- tural changes in the building and that the premises remain residential in appearance;


Provided further, that residents within a radius of at least two hundred (200) feet of the proposed accessory use but in no case less than the twenty (20) nearest families of said accessory use shall be notified and given op- portunity to voice their objections at a public hearing as provided by Sec- VII, Item 3, of this Zoning By-Law.


Provided further, that applicant for such accessory use must be a resi- dent of the dwelling involved and a permit for accessory use shall be void upon the removal of the applicant from the premises.

That the Board of Water Commissioners is hereby authorized to acquire by gift or purchase or take by right of eminent do- main in fee for the purposes of the Town's Water Supply a certain parcel of land in that part of said Weymouth known as East Weymouth shown as parcel A on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in (East) Weymouth, Mass.," dated February 13, 1948, made by Russell H. Whiting, Town Engineer, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North- easterly side line of Randall Avenue at the division line between said parcel A and lot No. 18 as shown on said plan thence running northeasterly by said division line a distance of 167.23 feet to an angle point; thence turning and running Northwesterly by said lot No. 18 a distance of 7.75 feet to lot No. 11 on said plan; thence turning and running Southeasterly by said lot No. 11 on said plan a distance of 186.70 feet to the Westerly side line of said Randall Avenue; thence turning and running in a general Southwesterly direction by a curve to the right with a radius of 392.21 feet a distance of 155.00 feet; thence running Southwesterly by a tangent line a distance of 134.69 feet to a point of curvature; thence running in a general Southwesterly direction by a curve to the right with a radius of 44.95 feet a distance of 83.39 feet to a stone bound at a point of compound curvature; thence running in a general Northwesterly direction by a curve to the right with a radius of 465.99 feet a distance of 114.48 feet; thence running Northwesterly by a tangent line a distance of 56.02 feet to a stone bound at a point of curvature; thence running in a general Northwesterly direction by a curve to the left with a radius of 349.65 feet a distance of 53.00 feet to the point of beginning.
