Beginning January 1, 1961, no dog license not applied for in person will be mailed unless accompanied by a 4-cent stamp.

NOTICE TO TOWN BOARDS AND COMMITTEES
Excerpts from Chapter 39, Section 23A
Except in an emergency, no meeting of any district, city or town board, or school committee, shall be held unless a notice of such meeting has been filed at least twenty-four hours prior to such meeting with the clerk of such town. Upon receipt of such notice, the clerk shall cause said notice to be posted pub- licly in his office.
