Report of Water Commissioners.

The Water Commissioners of the town of West Bridge- water respectfully submit their first annual report of the receipts and expenditures of this department for the year ending December 31, 1910:
In accordance with a vote of the town of West Bridge- water at a meeting held on August 30, 1910, the Water Commissioners on September 19,.1910, made the first sub- stantial move to install water in the town. The first ground was broken on this morning by Mr. E. H. Lothrop, Mr. Hervey Dunham and Mr. Orvis F. Kinney throwing out the first shovelsfull of earth in the order named above which was by their ages and the shovel has been preserved and duly decorated and labeled and will hang as a souvenir in the room occupied by the Water Commissioners.
