Public Works and any other Town Boards, officers, or com- mittees, for use as a Reclamation plant or for the disposal of rubbish and waste materials or for any municipal purpose or purposes, upon land of the Town known as the Town Yard at Hobbs Court or upon any other land; will alter or add to present building or buildings on said land; make an appropriation or appropriations for such construction, in- cluding the cost of original equipment and furnishings, and for such alterations and additions; determine in what man- ner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating to all or any of the foregoing.

By virtue of this warrant I have notified and warned the legal voters of the Town of Arlington to meet at the times and places and for the purposes herein specified by causing printed attested copy of said warrant to be left at every dwelling house in the town previous to the day of the meeting for the election of officers and by posting an at- tested copy of said warrant at the doors of the Town Hall and in two or more conspicuous places in each of the four- teen precincts of the Town, seven days at least before the day of said meeting. A notice of the times, places and objects of the meetings was published in the local papers.
