REPORT OF SCHOOL BOARD.


The whole number of scholars by enumeration Sept. 1. 1906. was fi between the ages of five and sixteen.


Three schools have been maintained with three terms each. The whole number of scholars attending school according to regis- ters, 65. Of this number, 4? are girls and 23 boys. One boy coming from out of town. The primary school was taught by Miss Lila Mason, who had good success, as in previous terms.


The spring and fall terms of the grammar school were taught by Miss Sarah Davidson, and winter term by Mr. Wm. F. O'Reilly; both were well educated and interested in their work. In the West school, Miss Kathryn E. Woods taught during the spring, and Miss Alice E. Adams, fall and winter terms. Both teachers won the love of their pupils and met with good success. The scholars in the south district, four in number, were transported two terms, at the expense of the town, to the Four Corners in Keene, and tuition also paid by the town.


Stove wood for next year's use has been engaged, but owing to some delay in delivering, the money to pay for same remains in the treasury.
