We, the Auditors of the Town of Sandwich, have this day examined the accounts of the Selectmen, Road Agents, Treas- urer of Library Trustees. School Board, Book Agent, Treas- urer of Old Home Week Association, Town Treasurer, and Treasurer of Veterans' Association, and find them correctly cast and properly vouched for. We find in the hands of Town Treasurer Daniel D. Atwood, nineteen hundred and ninety dollars and sixty six cents, ($1,990 66,) in the hands

Smith, Treasurer of School Board, one hundred and seventy seven dollars and thirty cents, ($177 30.) And find that L. D. Bean. Treasurer of Veterans Association, has paid Town Treasurer Daniel D. Atwood to balance his account, thirty one dollars and twenty five cents, ($31 25,) and find in the hands of Charles Blanchard, Treasurer of Library Trustees, thirty three dollars and sixty nine cents, ($33 69.). . We also find that Cornelius Turner, Tax Collector, has collected and paid over to the Town Treasurer all taxes committed him except ninety five dollars and twenty cents, ($95 20,) left uncollected by order of the Selectmen on a question of law.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE


To the inhabitants of the Town of Sandwich qualified to vote in Town affairs:


You are hereby notified to meet at the Town Hall, in said town, on the second Tuesday of March next, at ten of . the clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following sub- jects :


1. To hear the reports of the agents, auditors, commit- tees or officers heretofore chosen, and pass any vote relat- ing thereto.


2. To see if the town will vote that no appointment shall be made of any agent or agents for the sale of spirits for the year ensuing.


3. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise for maintenance of the Library in addition to the amount required by law.


4. To raise money to pay interest on the school fund note for the year ensuing.


5. To see how much money the town will vote to raise to defray expenses of decorating soldiers' graves.


6. To see how much money the town will vote to raise to defray expenses of Old Home observance.


7. To raise money to make and repair highways and bridges.


8. To raise money to defray necessary town charges for the year ensuing.


9 To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money sufficient to obtain state aid for the per- manent improvements of its highways.


10. To raise money to repair Notch road.


11. To see if the town will vote to raise money to in- sure Library books.


12. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropri- ate a sum of money sufficient to purchase one or more snow rollers.


13. To see if the town will vote to discontinue the road

leading from the main highway, near Charles F. Brown's, past the former Hacket and Trask places as far as road is laid out,commencing at north line of Charles F. Brown and running as far as road is laid out.


14. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money sufficient to build a steel bridge in place of the old French bridge, so called, on petition of Daniel S. Watson and others.


15. To see if the town will vote to discontinue a portion of the highway running from the Mill Bridge road to the former G. W. Smith farm, and accept new road built by the Coolidges, on petition of J. Randolph Coolidge.


16. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropri- ate a sum of money sufficient to purchase a suitable fire apparatus.


17. To choose a delegate to the Constitutional Conven- tion.


18. To choose all necessary town officers and agents for the ensuing year.
