CORRECTIONS, EPITAPHS FROM CHRIST CHURCH, SHREWSBURY, N. J. 479

There have been erected, since the preceding copy of the inscriptions in this yard was made, the following stones:

Lydia Dennis, wife of Samuel, (he died July 25, 1871), died Jan. 26, 1886. Aged 86 yrs., 3mos., 11 days. John Hurley died 1775, aged 82 yrs.

John G. Kimm, b. May 14, 1814; d. Feb. 26, 1885.

The only slab left in the yard is fast falling to pieces. It was erected to George Lippincott, son of Jacob & Mary, and perhaps Nov. ought to read May, for it looks like My.

In another part of the yard is found Joseph Lippincott, b. Nov. 14, 1801 ; d. Sep. 4, 1888. He also was a son of Jacob and Mary, though the stone does not say so.

Elizabeth H. Morford, b. Jan. 9, 1826; d. Oct. 31, 1884.

Anthony Reckless, b. May 11, 1821; d. Feb. 24, 1889.

Stephen Stoutenborough, d. Feb. 20, 1818, aged 47 yrs., 2 mos., 20 days.

Edward R. West, d. July 7, 1885, aged 76 yrs., 3 mos., 27 days.

Charles White, (he was the son of Lyttleton and Mary and husband of Mehetable), d. May 27, 1888, aged 74 yrs., 5 mos.

Eliza M. Clark was the mother of Geo. De H. Gillespie, and Elizabeth Crossley was their servant.
