FALLBROOK.


In a growing agricultural and horticultural center, of a very fine belt of country lying between the Temecula and San Luis Rey rivers. It is 20 miles North of Oceanside, 60 miles from San Diego and 122 miles fron: Los Angeles. Fallbrook is located in the frostless citrus belt of San Diego county, 10 to 20 miles from the ocean, free from heavy winds. Is a very picturesque and healthful location, and the town is provided with Masonic and Odd Fellows lodges and other societies, churches, schools, a newspaper, bank, and many business enterprises. It is the term- inus of the Fallbrook branch of the Southern California railroad and is one of the most promising towns in the couuty.

HELIX.


Helix is the name of the postoffice for the Spring Valley Country, about eleven miles North-east from San Diego, and one and one-half miles from the Cuyamaca railroad. It is one of the most prosperous sections in the county with its 300 acres of lem- on groves, and 200 acres of olive. JAMACHA.


Jamacha, is in the Upper Sweetwater Valley about 20 miles East from San Diego, and is one of the most fertile sections of San Diego county. Mr. Davis of the firm of Park, Davis & Co., of Detroit, Michigan, owns a large tract of land in the valley and he has already spent. many thousands of dollars in developing water and making other improvements.
