On the easterly side of Green Street from the Telephone Office to Merrimac Street, by adding (3) meters in front of the former Strand Theatre, the first meter to be located 135' north of Pleasant Street, the second 146' and one-half north of Pleasant Street and the 3rd 158' north of Pleasant Street. Ordered: That the City of Newburyport accept Chapter 514 of the Massachu- setts General Court Acts of 1960 entitled "An Act Authorizing the City of Newburyport to make a New Division of Its Territory into Six Wards". In accordance therewith and under the provisions thereof, boundary lines of wards three, four, five and six are hereby re-established as follows:


WARD THREE: The area comprising all the territory from the northwesterly line of Ward 2, to a line beginning along the northwesterly side of Mech- ancs Court; thence along the northwesterly side of Strong Street; thence crossing Washington Street between numbers 37 and 39; thence crossing High Street between numbers 184 and 186 on the northeast side of High Street and numbers 183 and 185 on the southwest side of High Street; thence crossing Low Street between numbers 28 and 30; thence continuing along the easterly side of Pasture Road and crossing Parker Street on the westerly side of number 79; and thence continuing in a southerly direc- tion to the -- Newburyport- Newbury boundary .


WARD FOUR: The area comprising all the territory from the northwesterly line of Ward 3, to a line along the northwesterly side of Broad Street; thence along the northwesterly side of Toppan's Lane; thence along the northerly side of Hale Street to the Newburyport-West Newbury boundary.
