CERTIFICATE OF CHOICE
Upon petition of Town Meeting Members of Precinct 8 of the Town of Weymouth, and following due notice by Chester L. Boyle, Town Clerk, the Town Meeting Members of Precinct 8 held a meeting on Monday evening, January 16, 1950, at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall for the purpose of filling a vacancy until the next Annual Town Election.
The meeting was duly called to order by Chester L. Boyle, as temporary chairman, with eleven Town Meeting Members present.
Upon nomination duly made and seconded, Francis A. Farr was elected Chairman of the Meeting.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, Raymond O. Hollis was elected Clerk of the Meeting.
Charles H. Downs, of 24 King Oak Terrace, was nominated to be a Town Meeting Member from Precinct 8 to fill the vacancy. This nomina- tion was duly seconded. Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted that the nominations be closed. The members then proceeded to
