Duffley and westerly by land of the Estate of Walter W. Williams all as shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Land owned by Francis W. Duffley, et ux. Scituate, Mass." dated February 16, 1953 and drawn on a scale of 40 feet to an inch by John E. Bamber, Town Engineer, a copy of said plan being re- corded with the Town Clerk.
