We have to say in relation to the foregoing list that Colonel E. V. Mitchell claims the right to enter the said sewer free of charge under an agreement with the Selectmen made at time of building said sewer.

In relation to sewer on North and Cottage Streets an adjudica- tion was made, and plans and specifications drawn and proposals advertised for. We had proposals from two parties, neither of which was accepted for the reason that we believed them to be too high.
