Barry, Democratic candidate for Attorney General, and the Registrars of Voters set Wednesday, November 14, 1928, at 2.00 o'clock, as the date and time for said recount. Barry which made his vote 180 instead of 179 and one ballot counted for Joseph E. Warner should have been counted as a blank making his vote 944 instead of 945.
