Article 23. Article 24. To see if the Town will authorize the acquisition by purchase, eminent domain or otherwise, of any land, easements or rights therein, including an ease- ment or easements in land adjoining the location of any or all public ways, the laying out of which is accepted at this meeting, consisting of a right to have the land of the location protected by having the surface of such adjoining land slope from the boundary of the location; make an appropriation for such acquisition; determine in what man- ner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating thereto.
