Article 30. To see if the Town will make an appro- priation or appropriations for the printing of the Town's By-laws, including among others the Building Code and the Zoning By-laws, or any portions thereof; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any other action relating to such printing.
Article 31. To see .if the Town will establish by by- law the fees to be charged for licenses, registrations and certificates of the head of the fire department, relating to the keeping, storage and manufacture of any of the arti- cles named in section 9 of chapter 148 of the General Laws (including crude petroleum or any of its products or ex- plosives or inflammable fluids or compounds), in accord- ance with the provisions of section 13 of said chapter 148 as amended by chapter 394 of the Acts of 1936; will make . an appropriation for the publishing and printing of such by-law; or take any action in any way relating to any- thing herein mentioned.
Article 32. To see if the Town will accept the deed of Arlmont Housing Corporation to the Town dated Feb- ruary 1, 1937, relating to a certain parcel of land shown upon a plan marked "Plan of Portion of Arlmont Village, Arlington, Mass., July 31, 1936, Whitman and Howard, C. E." filed with Middlesex So. Dist. Deeds, book 6060 page 1, and bounded as follows: Southwesterly by the bound- ary line between the towns of Arlington and Belmont, 40 feet; Westerly by the westerly side line of Standish Road as shown on said plan, 40 feet; Northerly by the remain- ing portion of said Standish Road, 40 feet; and Easterly by the easterly side line of Standish Road, about 40 feet, containing 1,600 square feet more or less, subject to a right of way over the said premises for all purposes for which streets are or hereafter may be used in the town; or take any action relating to said deed.

Middlesex County :
By virtue of this warrant I have notified and warned the legal voters of the Town of Arlington to meet at the times and places and for the purposes herein named by causing a printed attested copy of the same to be left at every dwelling house in the Town, and by posting an attested copy at the doors of the Town Hall seven days at least before said day of meeting and by posting at- tested copies in two or more conspicuous places in each voting precinct in the Town. A notice of the time, places and objects of the meeting was published in the local papers.

In pursuance of the foregoing Warrant the legal voters of the Town of Arlington met in their respective voting places in said Town on Monday, the first day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven at seven o'clock in the forenoon.
The following places were designated as the voting places for the various precincts.
