ART. 13. VOTED: That the Town appropriate the sum of $651.13, being the balance at present in the Highway Machinery Fund, to- gether with all sums allotted for the use of road machinery oper- ated in conjunction with the State and County, and that the High- way Commissioners be and hereby are authorized to purchase from such fund, whenever in their judgment it becomes necessary, what- ever new equipment or trucks the Highway Department may need; and to pay whatever costs of repairs and maintenance that may be incurred in the usual operations of the Highway Department, pro- vided that at the time of the above purchases there shall be in said Highway Machinery Fund, money sufficient to pay for the articles so purchased.
ART. 14. VOTED: To raise and appropriate the sum of $2,000.00 for the maintenance of Chapter 90 highways; said money to be used in conjunction with any money which may be allotted by the State or County, or both, for this purpose.

to publication or sale of medical treatises or journals, which was dis- approved in the House of Representatives by a vote of 77 in the affirm- ative and 33 in the negative and in the Senate by a vote of 16 in the affirmative and 18 in the negative, be approved?
To obtain a full expression of opinion, voters should vote on all 3 of the following questions :-
(a) If a voter desires to permit the sale in this town of any and all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on and off the premises where sold, he will vote "Yes" on all three questions.
(b) If a voter desires to permit the sale hierein of wines and malt beverages only to be drunk on and off the premises where sold, he will vote "No" on questions one and three, and "Yes" on question two.
(c) If he desires to permit the sale herein of all alcoholic bever- ages but only in packages, so called not to be drunk on the premises where sold, he will vote "No" on questions one and two, and "Yes" on three.
(d) If he desires to permit the sale herein of wines and malt bever- ages to be drunk on and off the premises where sold and in addition other alcoholic beverages but only in packages, so called, not to be drunk on the premises where sold, he will vote "No" on question one, and "Yes" on questions two and three.

Tewksbury Town Hall, November 3, 1942.
At a meeting of the inhabitants of the Town of Tewksbury, qualified to vote in state elections held at the Town Hall this day the following business was transacted. Warrant was read by Irving F. French, presiding officer, after which he presented the Town Clerk with a receipt for 2268 ballots. The following were sworn in as tellers by the presiding officer: William A. Smith, William H.
