COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS.
MIDDLESEX S.S.
TO SAMUEL R. RICE, Constable of the Town of Wilmington. Greeting :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Wilmington qualified by law to vote in state and town affairs to meet and assemble at the Town Hall, on Mon- day, the seventh day of March next, at nine o'clock in the forenoon the polls to be opened at ten o'clock, A. M. and may be closed at four o'clock P. M., for the election of officers, and to act upon the following articles, viz : -
ART. I. To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting. ART. II. To bring in your votes on one ballot for three Select- men, three Assessors, three Overseers of the Poor, Town Clerk, Treasurer, Collector of Taxes, School Committee for three years, Constable, three Auditors, three Fence Viewers ; also shall licenses be granted for the sale of intoxicating liquors in this town ? Yes or no.
ART. III. To choose all other necessary town officers for the year ensuing.
ART. IV. To hear reports of committees and act thereon.
ART. V. To see how much money the town will raise and appropriate for the support of schools, for school books and supplies, for salary of School Committee, highways, and road and bridges, support of poor, repairs on public buildings, for improving cemetery (old and new), public

library, town officers, removing snow, micellaneous ex - penses, printing, notes payable and interest, state and county taxes, outstanding indebtedness, police.
ART. VI. To see what method the town will adopt for the collection of taxes.
ART. VII. To see if the town will authorize the town treas- urer with the sanction of the selectmen to borrow money in anticipation of taxes when necessary to meet current demands for the ensuing municipal year, the same to be paid out of this year's taxes.
ART. VIII. To see how much money the town will raise and appropriate for the observance of Memorial Day.
ART. IX. To see if the town will vote to accept the provis- ions of Chapter 254 of the Acts of 1897, and if so what action will the town take in relation thereto.
ART. X. To see if the town will vote to adopt a code of By- Laws; if so, what action they will take in relation to the same.
ART. XI. To see what action the town will take in relation to raising the barn and repairing the cellar at Town Farm.
ART. XII. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate the sum of three hundred dollars for the purpose of searching the records at Lowell for the transfers of titles to real estate.
ART. XIII. To see how much money the town will raise and appropriate for the transportation of children to the public schools.
ART. XIV. To see if the town will vote to sell the disused school building in the west part of the town, or what they will do about it.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place of said meeting.
