[184.] To Jonathan Belcher to Erect a Timber Warehouse of 80 feet in length 24 feet wide and 10 feet studd on his Wharffe lying against his Land Scituate on the Westerly side of Boston abutting on Charles River being part of that Land which formerly was Mr John Allens pasture, the which building will stand more than Fifty Rodds distant from any other building there now standing.
July 14th. 1718.
[185.] To Jarvis Ballard of Boston to Erect a Timber build- ing for a Kitchen of 15 feet long 11 wide & 14 feet studd to stand adjoyning to the middle of the North West side of his Dwelling house scituate on the Southerly side of Cold lane in Boston, And to effect the same by running a timber building of his of about ye same dimensions now standing on his Land abutting on Cold lane & placing the same to stand as a Kitchen adjoyning to his house as aforesd.
Provided that he Demolish the old Leantoe now standing on that spott.

[186.] To Ebenezer Burges of Boston Cordwainer to Erect a Timber Building for a Dwelling house of Thirty Eight feet in Length Sixteen feet Wide & Sixteen feet Studd, on his Land which he hires of the Town of Boston, Situate at the lower End of Cold Lane next to the Mill pond in Boston in the room & Stead of an old building there now Standing of about the Same length and Breadth Provided he demolish wholly the sd old Building now Standing on that Spot.
[187.] To Edward Hutchinson Esq' on the behalf of himself & the rest of the Owners of the Water Mills in Boston, for the benefit of themselves & others of the Inhabitants who shall have occasion to make use thereof, to Ereet a Timber Building of 40 feet in length 18 feet wide & 18 feet Stud in addition to their Granary now standing nigh the North Water Mills, the which buildings they intend to place so as to add 18 feet to the length of the former at the North West end thereof & 22 feet of the sd new building to be as an L extending towards the South West.

Provided he also build to West End of said Building with Brick & that it be improved as a Warehouse or Storehouse only.

John Barrett and John Dixwell for and on the behalf of the Church of Christ usually assembled at the New North Meeting House in Boston to Erect an Additional Building to joyn on the North side of the sd Meeting house of sixty six feet in length, Eighteen feet wide & twenty Seven feet studd the which Additional Building when so Erected will stand forty feet distant from Mr Hunnewells dwelling house, which is

[196.] To Jonathan Armitage of Boston to Erect with Tim- ber a Building for a Dwelling House of Forty foot Long eighteen foot wide & eighteen foot studd, on his Land which he lately pur- ehased of Capt Cyprian Southack eominonly ealled Soutliacks Square, situate between the Land of Samuel Lynde Esq" and the Land of Mr Benjamin Fitch, nigh unto Cambridge Street in Bos- ton, the whieh Building will stand one end thereof twelve feet distant from the sd Mr Fitehes Dwelling House which is by far the nearest Building there now standing. On Condition that the sd Jonathan Armitage shall earry up each End of the sd Building with Solid Brick walls.

[203.] To Jouathan Williams & Joshua Wroe Exec's of the last Will & Testament of William Webster late of Boston decd in behalf of his Widow & Children to Erect a Timber Building on a Peice or Parcel of Land situate at the Bottom of Sudbury Street, to be thirty seven foot front Twenty seven foot deep & Eighteen foot studd, which Building is to be set at least seven foot from the house of James Burgess & the other side will abutt on Sudbury Street, they carrying up a Brick Wall above the roof of the said House - the whole depth thereof on that End or side next to the sª Burgess's Dwelling house.
