Hartford, Me., Feb. 9, 1920.
To Francis R. Sargent, a constable of the Town of Hartford, County of Oxford, Greeting:
In the name of the State of Maine you are hereby required to noti- fy and warn the inhabitants of the said town of Hartford qualified by law to vote in town affairs, to assemble at the town hall in said town on Monday, the first day of March A. D. 1919, at ten o'clock in the forenoon to act on the following articles, to wit:
Art. 1. To choose a moderator to preside at said meeting.
Art. 2. To see if the town will vote to accept the report of the Municipal officers for the year ending Feb. 9, 1920.
Art. 3. To choose all necessary town officers for the ensuing year.
Art. 4. To see if the town will grant and raise such sums of money as may be necessary for the maintenance and support of schools, the poor, repair of roads and bridges, and to defray all other town charges for the ensuing year.
Art. 5. To see if the town will vote to have all winter road work turned on taxes.
Art. 6. To see if the town will vote "yes" or "no" on the ques- tion of appropriating and raising money necessary to entitle the town to State aid, as provided in Section 20 of Chapter 130 of the Public Laws of 1913.
Art. 7. To see if the town will appropriate and raise the sum of $533 for the improvement of the section of the State Aid road as outlined in the report of the State Highway Commission, in addition

to the amounts regularly raised for the care of ways, highways, and bridges, the above being the maximum which the town is allowed to raise under the provision of Section 19 of Chapter 130 of the Public Laws of 1913.
Art. 8. To see if the town will raise money and what sum for the maintenance of State aid highway for the ensuing year, within the limits of the town under the provision of Section 18 of Chapter 130 of the Public Laws of 1913.
Art. 9. To see if the town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to hire money, if necessary, to defray town charges during the ensuing year.
Art. 10. To see if the town will vote to widen the "Packard Brook Bridge,"' so called, and remove the bank on the westerly side obstructing the view from the bridge and raise money for same.
Art. 11. To see if the town will vote to accept the list of Jurors, as revised by the selectinen, clerk and treasurer.
Art. 12. To see if the town will vote to buy an adding machine for the use of the Municipal Officers and raise money for the same.
Art. 13. To see if the town will vote to maintain the "Glover " School.
Art. 14. To see if the town will vote to maintain the "Mountain" School.
Art. 15. To see if the town will vote to maintain the "Whiting"' School.
Art. 16. To see if the town will vote to maintain the "Tyler" School.
To see if the town will vote to maintain the "Line" Art. 17. School.
Art. 18. To see if the town will vote to maintain the "Town Farm" School.
Art. 19. To transact any other business that may legally come before said meeting.
The Selectmen will be in session at the Town Hall at 9 o'clock in the forenoon of the day of said meeting, for the purpose of revising the list of voters.
