At the election held April 3, 1893, the following amendments to the constitution were submitted to a vote of the people:


Relative to salaries of State officers.


Relative to works of internal improvement at Grand Rapids.


Relative to extending jurisdiction of circuit courts in certain cases.


Relative to creation of county and township boards of highway commissioners.


The returns from all counties, nearly all of which are official, showing the vote on the amendments, give majorities for all, ranging from 1,600 to 17,000. (719)
