The lot is about 262 feet on Third-itreet ; 396 feet on Spruce-ftreet ; and 292 feet on Fourth-ftreet.
The garden is laid out on the Englifh plan, and abounds with the choiceft fruit, perhaps unequalled here .- The green-houfe contains nearly 500 exotic plants .- The building is finished in the moft fuperb manner, and annexed to it is every convenience for a family, viz. an ice-houfe, milk-houfe, ftables, &c.
