June 20th, 22nd and 23/9/8 The Devotional Exercises were led by Mrs Mary Jester of Crawfordsville one of our early workers and Sister Carrie aPrice of allen Temple Marion. The meeting was full of spiritual fervor and thus the pace of the convention was set. and we were all able to exclaim in the language of our mother "a victory has been wohn but our Mission is not done"
9.00 oclock the regular session was opened by Rev. C. H. Jackson P. E. and visiting ministers. The chorus Onward Christian Soldier was sung by the officers who marched in led by the Pres. Sister gertrude B. Hill. The reading of the Ritualistic Service by the Rev. C.H. Jackson P.E. of the Indianapolis District.
