Beneath this Sod lies buried all that was mortal of Miss Lucia Watson. (The youngest daughter of Mr Elkanah & Mrs Patience Watson) who at the age of 26 years without one reluctant Sigh calmly resign'd her Spirit to the Creator who gave it: firmly perswaded that in his Infinite Benevolence She should enjoy an endless & a happy Immortality. She was born November 11, 1765 Died March 20, 1792.
