Article 8. Voted that the sum of $1,500 be raised and appropriated for the construction of a bridge over Hawes Brook on Washingon Street.
Extension of Water Mains in Washing- ton and Water Streets, $2,500.
Article 9. Voted that the water mains be extended in Washington Street from the end to Water Street and in Water Street to a point near the new factory of F. W. Bird & Son, and that $2,500 be appropriated from the treasury of [the Water Commissioners subject to the usual guaranty.
Cemetery Land, $225
Article 10. Voted that the Cemetery Commissioners be authorized to purchase a lot of land on the east side of the Highland Cemetery entrance, about 75 feet wide and about 100 feet deep, for cemetery purposes, and that the sum of $225 be appropriated from the treasury of the Cemetery Commissioners for that purpose.
Surety Bonds, $180.
Article 11. Voted that the sum of $180 be raised and appropriated to pay for surety bonds for Town Treasurer and Tax Collector.
Voted that the meeting be now dissolved.

Article 7. Voted that the sum of $850 be appropriated Water Mains from the Water Commissioners' treasury for extension of $850. Concord Ave. water mains on Concord Avenue, subject to the usual guaranty.

Article 7. On motion of Edmund J. Shattuck voted Water Main that the sum of $736.41 be borrowed on a note of the town, Road, $ 736,41. on Allen payable April 1, 1903, for the extension of the water main on Allen Road, subject to the usual guaranty.
Article 8. On motion of Fred L. Fisher voted that the Catch Basin and Pipe sum of $150 be appropriated and borrowed, to be raised Drain on by tax in 1903, to build a catch basin on Howard Street and Street. $150. Howard lay a pipe drain through the land of William H. Gay.
Article 9. On motion of Fred L. Fisher voted that the Bridge over sum of $1,200 be appropriated and borrowed, to be raised by $12,00. tax in 1903, to complete the bridge over Hawes Brook.

Article 10. The Cemetery Committee, through its chairman, Francis' O. Winslow, made a verbal report of its doings, which was accepted.

On motion of F. O. Winslow voted that a committee of three be appointed by the chair to purchase the Morse and Nugent lots of land, with the buildings [thereon, situated on Winter Street, as recommended by the committee ap- pointed at the town meeting held on June 3, 1902, under Article 3 of the warrant of said meeting, and that the sum of $7,000 be borrowed on notes of the town for that pur- pose, said notes to be made payable within five years of the date thereof.
Rising vote. Yes, 33. No, 1.
The Moderator appointed the following committee: Hon. Frank A. Fales, James M. Folan, Francis O. Winslow.
On Setting Apart.
On motion of F. O. Winslow voted that the same com- mittee be instructed to consider the purchases of land when made, and after conferring with the Cemetery Commission- ers report to the town at the annual town meeting in March its recommendations relative to laying out and setting apart the same for cemetery purposes.
Article 11. Voted that the town "erect an eight-room brick schoolbuilding on land now owned by the town on Fulton Street, at a cost not exceeding $26,000, and that the Town Treasurer be authorized to borrow said sum on notes of the town with the approval of the Selectmen, of the value of $2,600 each, payable:
