Upon motion of Mr. Frank W. Kilburn, duly seconded, it was Voted: That the article be passed over.
Article 29: To see if the Town will vote to install water pipes and hydrants in Wallace Road, or any portion thereof, and to appropriate a sum of money for the expense thereof and determine how the money shall be raised and authorizze such sum of money, or portion thereof, to be assessd as betterments under Chapter 40 of the General Laws as from time to time amended, or take any action relative thereto.

Article 32: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to purchase, take by eminent domain, gift or otherwise, a certain parcel of land in Wayland, Mass., shown on a plan by Barnes Engineering Company, Inc., dated September 20, 1957, bounded and described as follows, or take any action relative thereto:

Article 33. To see if the Town will authorize the improvement of certain public land adjacent to Old Sudbury Road near the Four Arch Bridge as an historic site, relocate thereon the stone marker now standing nearby commemorating the men who were killed coming to the defense of the Town in King Phillips War, make an appropriation therefor, or take any action relative thereto.
Upon motion of Mrs. Alstad, duly seconded, it was
Voted unanimously: That the sums appropriated in 1957 and 1958 in the budget under the Highway Department for the "Sudbury Road -

Four Arch Bridge" account be used for the relocation on Town land of the stone marker now located near the Four Arch Bridge off Old Sudbury Road and for the improvement of the site selected, the work and relocation to be done under the supervision of the Highway Com- missioners, with the advice of the Wayside Inn Chapter of the D. A. R. - the original donors of the marker - and the Wayland Historical Society; and that upon completion of the work, the area between the present and the former locations of Old Sudbury Road, including the site of the marker, as relocated, be designated as a public park and placed under the care and control of the Park Department.
Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to sell or otherwise dispose of a certain parcel of land, bounded and described as follows:
NORTHERLY by Commonwealth Road, five hundred forty-nine (549) feet, more or less
EASTERLY by land now or formerly of Joseph E. and Charlotte L. Pescosolido and by land now or formerly of Henry J. Dietrich SOUTHERLY by a brook and land now or formerly of Raymond J. and Doris H. Russell
WESTERLY by land now or formerly of Westgate Builders, Inc. containing four and 5/100 (4.05) acres more or less;

To see if the Town will vote to authorize the purchase, take by eminent domain, gift or otherwise, on behalf of the Town for highway purposes, all necessary drainage and slope easements through and over parcels of land shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Highway Easements, Wayland, Mass., Stonebridge Road Relocation," dated November 1957, by Whitman & Howard, Engineers, and more particu- larly bounded and described as follows:
A. A certain parcel of land situated on the Northerly side of Stonebridge Road commencing on the Northerly sideline of Stonebridge Road at the town line between Wayland and Framingham; and thence running
