Thence running due South by the center line of the ditch to the intersection of the center line of the Brook, by Lot #48A, one hundred forty-four (144) feet, more or less;


Thence turning and running Northeast by the center line of the brook by land now or formerly of Anzivino to the Southwest sideline of the proposed extension of Aqueduct Road, one hundred fifty-eight (158) feet, more or less;

A certain parcel of land with the buildings thereon situated in Wayland, Middlesex County, Massachusetts and being Lots numbered #266 and #267 on a plan entitled, "Woodland Park, Wayland, Mass." dated September 3, 1914, E. E. Worthington, C. E., which plan is recorded with Middlesex South District Deeds as filed Plan No. 543 together with a right-of-way over the streets shown on said plan. Said parcel is more particularly bounded and described according to said plan, as follows:


On the north by a private way shown as Lake Path on said plan, 40 feet ;


On the east by Lot numbered 265 as shown on said plan, 63 feet; On the south by the shores of Dudley Pond, about 18 feet; and


On the west by Lot numbered 268 as shown on said plan, 63 feet, containing 1,800 sq. ft. of land, more or less, according to said plan.

Article 52. To see if the Town will vote to accept a release and grant from the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority of all its right, title and interest in parcels of land numbered E-2A, 16, 17, 17A, 20, 21, E-2B,

13, 14, 15 and 18 as shown on Order of Taking, recorded with Middlesex South District Deeds, Book 8369, Page 303, or take any action relative thereto.

Voted unanimously: That the Selectmen, with the approval of the Town Counsel, be authorized to accept on behalf of the Town, a release and grant from the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority of all its right, title and interest in parcels of land, (as described in Article 52 of this Warrant).

Article 53. To see if the Town will vote to extend the water supply line installed in the way known as "Draper Road" a distance of not more than 2,400 feet; to appropriate and assess a sum of money for the cost and installation of the pipes and hydrants and other materials and of the labor in laying them, and other expenses incidental thereto, with betterments to be assessed in accordance with the provisions of the General Laws (Tercentenary Edition) Chapter 40, Sections 42G-42I, or take any action relative thereto.

Article 54. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and assess the sum of $2,000 for the cleaning of the entire shore line around Dudley Pond and to have this work supervised by a committee composed of five persons: one member of the Board of Selectmen, one member of the Board of Health, one member of the Highway Commissioners and two members to be selected by the other three members - the first three members to be appointed by the Moderator, or do or act.


Upon motion of Mr. William A. Loker, duly seconded, it was Voted unanimously: That the article be passed over.

Article 55. To see if the Town will authorize the School Committee to establish and maintain State-aided vocational education in accordance with General Laws, (Tercentenary Edition) Chapter 74, and further raise and appropriate a sum of money therefor.

Voted unanimously: That the School Committee be authorized to establish and maintain State-aided vocational education in accordance with the General Laws, (Tercentenary Edition) Chapter 74, and appro- priate therefor the sum of $100.
