To see if the Town will vote to accept and construct as a public Town way, the relocation of the road known as "Loker Street," or a portion or portions thereof, as laid out by the Board of Selectmen and as shown on plans on file with the Town Clerk; to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire the necessary land, including easements for drainage, by purchase, gift, eminent domain or otherwise; to appropriate and assess a sum of money for the acquisition of such land, or any portion thereof, the construction of such way and for other costs in connection thereto; or take any action relative thereto.

Voted: That the Town accept and construct as a public Town way the relocation of the road known as "Loker Street" from Commonwealth Road East to the entrance driveway of the new Loker Street School, as laid out by the Board of Selectmen and as shown on plans on file with the Town Clerk; that the Board of Selectmen be authorized to acquire the necessary land, including easements for drainage, by purchase, gift, eminent domain or otherwise; that the Town appropriate and transfer from available funds the sum of $100 for the acquisition of such land,

To see if the Town will vote to authorize the use of the sum of $17,832.93, received from the State under Chapter 718, together with the sum of $6,500 voted under "Reconstruction - existing town roads - Chapter 718" at the 1957 Annual Town Meeting for the recon- struction and improvement of Loker Street from Commonwealth Road East to the entrance to the new Loker Street School; or take any other action relative thereto.
Upon motion of Mr. Theodore R. Magoun, duly seconded, it was
Voted: unanimously : That the Road Commissioners be authorized to use the sum of $17,832.93 already received from the State under Chapter 718, together with the sum of $6,500. voted under "Reconstruc- tion - existing town roads - Chapter 718" at the 1957 Annual Town Meeting for the reconstruction and improvement of Loker Street from Commonwealth Road East to the entrance to the new Loker Street School.

Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to accept and construct as a public Town way, the relocation of the road known as "Moore Road" or a portion or portions thereof, as laid out by the Board of Selectmen and as shown on plans on file with the Town Clerk; to

To see if the Town will vote to amend the existing Plumbing Code by striking out said Code and Rules as now appearing and substituting therefor "Rules Relative to Plumbing in Buildings Owned and Used by the Commonwealth" - formulated by the State Examiners of Plumbers, in accordance with Section 21, Chapter 142, General Laws as approved by the Department of Public Health on veyances, gifts, and devises to the Town; or take any other action -and as contained in the pamphlet on file with the Town Clerk; or take any action relative thereto.

Voted: unanimously: That the Plumbing Code of the Town of Wayland be amended, by striking out said Code and Rules as now appearing and substituting therefor in its entirety, "Rules Relative to Plumbing in Buildings Owned and Used by the Commonwealth" - formulated by the State Examiners of Plumbers, in accordance with Section 21, Chapter 142, General Laws, as approved by the Department of Public Health on various dates from October 9, 1945 through June 14, 1949 - Form 181 - and as contained in the pamphlet on file with the Town Clerk.
Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to accept various con- veyances, gifts, and devises to the Town; or take any other action relative thereto.

1.) A certain parcel of land owned by Stephen E. and Katherine Hodges, shown as lot 4B on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Wayland, Mass. Taken for Highway Purposes," dated September 20, 1957, made by Everett M. Brooks Co., Civil Engineers and described as follows:
NORTHWESTERLY by Old Connecticut Path one hundred sixty- one and 24/100 (161.24) feet;
NORTHERLY and NORTHEASTERLY by the curved intersection of Old Connecticut Path and Cochituate Road on a curve with a radius of eight and 50/100 (8.50) feet a distance of twenty-four and 03/100 (24.03) feet;
