To either of the Constables of Plainville, Greeting :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhab- itants of the Town of Plainville qualified to vote in Town affairs, to meet in the Town Hall, in said Plainville, on
MONDAY, the SECOND DAY OF MARCH, A. D. 1931 at nine o'clock in the forenoon, then and there to act on the following Articles, viz :
Article 1. To choose all the necessary Town Officers.
Article 2. The following to be chosen by abllot, viz : Three Selectmen, three Overseers of Public Welfare, one Treasurer, one Town Clerk, one Auditor, one Collector of Taxes, one Trustee of Public Library for three years, one Water Commissioner for three years, one member of School Committee for three years, one Assessor for three years, one Tree Warden, one Moderator for one year, one Park Commissioner for three years, and three Constables.
All officers, except the above named, are to be chosen for one year.
Polls will be open at six o'clock A. M. and may be closed by vote at two o'clock P. M.
Article 3. To consider and act on the reports of the C Selectmen, Treasurer, and other Town Officers.
Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to postpone action on all Articles calling for appropriations to an adjourned meeting to be held Monday evening, March 2, 1931.
Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Chapter 81 of the General Laws and make an appropriation therefor.

Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to appro- priate the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars $2,500.00) for remodeling of the Public Library Building, or do or act in any manner relative thereto.
Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Chapter 90 of the General Laws for the relocation and permanent improvement of Messenger Street, and appropriate the sum of $5,000.00 for this purpose and determine how the same shall be raised.
Article 18. (Petition) To see if the Town will vote to install one (1) electric light on Witherell Place about in front of the residence of Fred Sweeting and appro- priate money for its maintenance, or do or act in any manner relative thereto.

Article 32. To see if the Town will vote to relocate George Street at and near the junction of Washington Street as specified by the lay out and plans of the State Highway Commissioners and necessitated by the con- struction of the State Highway.
Article 33. To see if the Town will authorize and instruct the Selectmen to execute and deliver on behalf of the Town a deed to Frank P. Toner of North Attle- boro, of that portion of land lying in North Attleboro, being a part of the so-called Bishop property, which portion of land the Town of North Attleboro sold for non-payment of taxes and the record title to which now stands in the name of said Frank P. Toner of said North Attleboro.
Article 34. To choose any committee to hear the report of any committee and act thereon.
Hereof fail not to make due returns of this Warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk in con- formity with the Public Statutes at or before the time of said meeting.

Article 26. (Petition) To see if the Town will vote to accept and lay out the extension of Mirimichi Street from the junction of Taunton Street westerly to Wash- ington Street and appropriate a sum of money therefor, or do or act in any manner relative thereto.
Article 27. (Petition) To see if the Town will vote to accept and lay out Fletcher Street from West Bacon Street to the North Attleboro line and appropriate a sum

of money for same, or do or act in any manner relative thereto.
Article 28. To see if the Town will vote to place the Town Land bordering on Ten Mile River known as the Town Forest under the Town Forest Act as provided for under Section 35, Chapter 132 of the General Laws as amended by Chapter 24 of the Act of 1924.
Article 29. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of three hundred dollars ($300) for the use of the Town Forest Committee, or do or act in any manner relative thereto.
Article 30. (Petition) To see if the Town will vote to extend the water system from the Curtis Property along Washington Street in a northerly direction to George Street and from the end of the present or pro- posed water main on East Bacon Street in an easterly direction to Washington Street and to appropriate a sum of money for the current year to pay for same, or do or act in any manner relative thereto.
Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to appropri- ate the sum of $914.00 for the purchase of a Portable Pump and Equipment to be used in fighting Forest Fires.
Article 32. To see if the Town will vote to relocate George Street at and near the junction of Washington Street as specified by the lay out and plans of the State Highway Commissioners and necessitated by the con- struction of the State Highway.
