article 22 To see if the Town will vote to adopt the following resolution: Whereas the general bout sitting as a leanstitutional Convention, did on July 16, 1963, give initial approval to a Home Rule amendment to the state Constitution, and whereas this bill of rights for local governments requires a second approval by the members of the general locust during this legislative serson and where as we , as members of this Town Meeting, feel competent to handle the affairs of our town without strict supervision by the Commonwealth of our every act and died. now therefore be it resolved that this town meeting hereby instructs its representatives to the general loout to vote in favor of the Home Rule proposal (H 1384 of 1963 as revived) when it comes before then, or act anything therow.


article 23 To see if the Town will vote to transact any other business that may legally come before thing or act anything thereon? and you are directed to suve this warvaut by posting up attested copies thereof on the Store and the loangregational blick at LEwelt the store and the Baptist Church at north Lwerett, and the store at moous comer, seven days at least before the day of said meeting.
