Report of the Building Code Review Board, all building in Drente shall be subject to the issuing of a permit to be granted by the Board of Selectmere, on Fire to live if prefered. There shall be no so called Trailer Camp in hunett, i. E., more than two trailers at one location.
Wherever there might occur a housing development, two houses or more at one location, the lots shall be no less than one acre in size, with a minimum frontage of 150 feet, and no building shall be constructed less than 20 feet from any lot or wood line.
Fire proof walls and ceilings shall be con. structed betweuse a connecting garage or one less than ten feet from other buildings, plaster or sheet rock acceptable.

In view of the fact that this extension runs through the property of Josephon. La llaire it was voted that the Town obtain a right of way forty feet wide through said La blan's property.
