The Superintendent and Matron are paid to March 1, 1892; salary, $650. The Town Physician is paid to January 1, 1892; salary, $150. The hired help at the Farm are paid to February 1,1892.

The Town has purchased a wood-lot for present and future use at the Farm, and has made a road-way and bridges from the public highway across Fisk's cranberry meadow to the wood-lot, the work being performed by the Superintendent and inmates at the Farm, and the greater portion of the expense being paid for by C. C. Fisk, who paid the Town of Milford $129.75. Thus the Town will always have a right of way across said meadow. We have fenced the reclaimed meadow along the public highway with ribbon wire.

The living rooms of the Superintendent have been repainted and papered, and a new carpet purchased for the sitting-room.

The house and barn are in a comfortable condition; the horses and cattle are looking well, and we think we have hay enough for them through the season.

We have had the Town Farm buildings and personal proper- ty insured for the period of five years. Thinking the risk to be too large, and the appliances for use in extinguishing fire to be almost useless, we decided that insurance would perhaps be an economy.

All of which is respectfully submitted.

CHESTER L. CLARK, JOHN SMITH, JAMES W. BURKE,
