What few cases of contagious diseases have occurred in Town the past year have been of a mild character, and have been successfully handled by the physician of the Board.

TOWN MEETING.


Copy of Articles in the Warrant for Annual Town Meet- ing to be held March 5, 1894, at 10 o'clock, A. M.


ARTICLE 1. To choose a Moderator.


ART. 2. To choose all necessary Town officers.


ART. 3. To hear the annual reports of the several Town officers and committees and act thereon.


ART. 4. Will the Town grant licenses for the sale of in- toxicating liquors for the ensuing year ?


ART. 5. To raise and appropriate such sums of money as will be necessary to defray Town charges.


ART. 6. To revise and accept the list of Jurors.


ART. 7. Will the Town appropriate $50 to be expended under the direction of William Wadsworth Post, No. 165, G. A. R. ?


ART. 8. Will the Town authorize their Treasurer to bor- row money in anticipation of taxes ?


ART. 9. Will the Town rescind the vote whereby they voted to offer a bounty on crows and hawks ?


ART. 10. What action, if any, will the Town take in re- gard to Chap. 476 of the Acts of the Legislature of 1893 in regard to a State highway ?

ART. 11. Will the Town vote to apply to Harbor and Land Commissioners to petition Congress relative to the protection of Duxbury Beach, and enlist the aid of Plym- outh and Kingston towards the same end? (By request.)


ART. 12. Will the Town make a suitable appropriation for the construction of a road from the bridge to High Pines on the inside of the beach ? (By request.)


ART. 13. Will the Town establish a price for the books in which a portion of the Town records are printed ?


ART. 14. Will the Town reconsider the vote whereby they voted to accept the provisions of Chap. 158 of the Acts of the Legislature of 1871, in regard to Highway Commis- sioners, and act on any other business relative to the re- pairs of highways?
