Greetings :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Saugus, qualified to vote in Town Elections and Town affairs to assemble in the Town Hall on Monday evening, January 25, Nineteen Hundred and Thirty-seven, at Eight O'Clock, to hear and act on the following article, viz :
Article 1. To see if the Town will appropriate the sum of $7,000.00 for materials, supplies, equipment, services, rent, and other expenses for W. P. A. projects, or to see what action the Town will take in the matter. Board of Selectmen.
And you are hereby directed to serve this Warrant by posting attested copies thereof at the usual places seven days at least before the time of holding said meeting.

Article 1. To hear and act on reports of Committees.
Art. 2. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to bor- row money from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1937, and to issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with Section 17, Chapter 44, General Laws.
Art. 3. To see what sums of money the Town will ap- propriate and raise by taxation for Town charges, expenses, equipment, and for any other purpose for which the Town may legally expend money.
Art. 4. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $850 to be expended under the direction of the Town Treasurer to investigate and to determine the validity of tax titles held by the Town; or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of the Town Treasurer.
Art. 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 49 of the Acts of 1933, as most recently amended by Chapter 281 of the Acts of 1936, for the purpose of providing funds to meet ordinary maintenance expenses and revenue loans of 1936, such bor- rowing in no event to exceed the amount of the tax titles held in excess of the amount owing to the Commonwealth for similar loans previously made.

Art. 10. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of three thousand ($3000.00 dollars) for the purpose of filling the pit on the Montieth property so called, purchased by the Town in 1936 for cemetery pur- poses. Cemetery Commissioners.

Art. 17. To see if the Town will vote to have the Board of Selectmen consist of three Selectmen, one to be elected for a term of one year, one to be elected for a term of two years, and one to be elected for a term of three years at the annual Town Meeting of 1938, and that thereafter there shall be annually elected one Selectman for a term of three years, agreeable to the petition of Giles S. Bryer and others.
Art. 18a. To see if the Town will vote to establish a Road Machinery Fund to which shall be credited all receipts received for the use or rental of road machinery, the proceeds to be appropriated as voted by the town for road machinery purposes, or take any action in relation thereto.

Art. 51. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate the sum of $850 for the purpose of maintaining during the ensuing year, the mosquito control works as estimated and certified to by the State Reclamation Board in accord- ance with the provisions of Chapter 112, Acts of 1931.
Art. 52. To see if the Town will vote to raise by bond issue and appropriate the sum of twenty-five thousand ($25,000) Dollars for the purpose of erecting in conjunction with Federal funds, a stadium on the west side of the New- buryport Turnpike. Said bond issue to be raised only in case the Federal Government supplies sufficient funds to complete said stadium, or to see what action shall be taken in the mat- ter. Stadium Commission. Henry A.
