To Any Constable of the Town of Weymouth, Greeting:


In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Weymouth, qualified to vote in elections, to meet at the polling places designated for the several precincts in said Town on


SATURDAY, THE 7th DAY OF MAY, 1960


at two o'clock in the afternoon to determine by ballot the following question involved in a certain vote passed at the Annual Town Meeting (adjourned session), the Annual Town Meeting having been held on the seventh day of March 1960, and the adjourned meeting held on the ninth day of March 1960, to wit:


1. That the Town vote to instruct the Laban Pratt Hospital Trustees to take the necessary and proper action to provide a legal and mutually satisfactory agreement with the Trustees of the South Shore Hospital for the construction of a Laban Pratt Memorial Wing with the Laban Pratt Hospital Trust Funds; and that the Laban Pratt Hospital Trustees also be instructed to seek legal authority from the court to allow the use of the Laban Pratt Trust Funds for such an addition to the South Shore Hospital on land adjacent to that institution.


For this purpose


THE POLLS WILL OPEN AT 2:00 P.M .. AND WILL CLOSE AT 8:00 P.M.


at each of the Polling Places designated, viz:

PRECINCT 2 in the American Legion Hall on Commercial Street;

In the name of the Commonwealth you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town who are qualified to vote in Elections to meet at the polling places of their respective Precinct, to wit:
