To see if the Town will vote to accept as a public Town way and to construct the road known as Trinity Place, as laid out by the Board of Selectmen and as shown on plans on file with the Town Clerk; to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire the necessary land, including easements for drainage, by purchase, gift, eminent domain, or otherwise; to appropriate and assess a sum of money for the acquisition of such land or any portion thereof, the construction of such way and for other costs in connection therewith, with better- ments to be assessed under the Betterment Act; or take any action relative thereto.

Article 13: To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town By- Laws by adding two new sections to be designated as Section 6 and Section 7 under Article 6, to read as follows:
"Section 6. Unless authorized by the Board of Selectmen, not more than one unregistered and ungaraged motor vehicle shall be placed or permitted to remain on any lot in a single residence district, and no unregistered and unsightly motor vehicle shall be placed or permitted to remain in the front yard of any such lot. Any person so placing a motor vehicle and, if placed or allowed to remain with his or her knowledge or consent, the owner or owners of the motor vehicle and of the lot, shall each be punishable by a fine of not more than twenty dollars for each offense. 1. Deed from Braintree Lakeview Realty Company, Inc. to the Town dated August 20, 1953, recorded with the Middle- sex South District Deeds, Book 8166, Page 13, relating to a parcel of about 33, 000 square feet of land on Haw- thorne Road;
2. Instrument of dedication to public use executed by Wayland Real Estate Company dated July 28, 1950, recorded with Middlesex South District Deeds, Book 7620, Page 9, re- lating to a parcel of about 4. 4 acres of land adjoining the Town standpipe site on Reeve Hill.
Article 15. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and trans- fer to Maturing Debt, Principal (School Notes $50, 000 due in January, 1964) a sum of money from School Construction, Claypit Hill Addition; and an additional sum of money from Available Funds (Excess and Deficiency); or take any action relative thereto.
Upon a Motion of Mr. Allan R. construction of an addition to the Happy Hollow Grade School, and for originally equipping and furnishing said addition; to determine whether the money shall be provided for by appropriation from available funds, by taxation and/ or by borrowing; or take any action relative thereto.
Upon a Motion of Mr. John B. Gregory, duly seconded, it was VOTED: That the Town appropriate, for the preparation of plans and specifications, for the construction of an addition to the Happy Hollow Grade School, and for originally equipping and furnishing said addition, the sum of $25, 000, and that the sum appropriated therefor be transferred from available funds "Excess and Deficiency" the money to be expended under the supervision of the School Building Committee, originally appointed in accordance with the vote under Article 19 of the Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting of March 15, 1947.
