The attention of parents and others is called to the report of births, marriages and deaths. If any errors or omissions are discovered, the town clerk should be notified and the record per- fected. Blanks for making return of births, marriages and deaths can always be obtained of the town clerk. I would also urge all persons having occasion to make return to physician, undertaker or town clerk, the importance of seeing to it that all blanks are correctly filled. There can be no question as to the importance of a correct and complete record of births, marriages and deaths. By following the above suggestions, efficient aid will be rendered the clerk or other recording officer toward making them complete, and much confusion and perplexity in the future avoided.

Respectfully submitted,

HORACE C. ADAMS,

Town Clerk.
