Beginning at a point on the northwesterly property line of lots situated on the northwesterly side of Sunnyside Avenue, said point being a distance of 100 feet perpendicularly from the north- easterly side line of Broadway and being the point of intersection of said northwesterly property lines and a line 100 feet from and parallel to the northeasterly side line of Broadway; thence north- easterly along the said northwesterly property lines, the said north- westerly lines being 110 feet from and parallel to the said northwesterly side line of Sunnyside Avenue, a distance of 303.45 feet to a point, said point being the intersection of the north- westerly property line of Lot C and the southwesterly property line of lot 50; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly pro- perty lines of lots 50, 49, R, 47 and Pt. 17, a distance of 212.75 feet to a point, said point being the intersection of the southwester- ly property lines of lot 17 and the southeasterly property line of lot 9; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly property lines of lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, a distance of 300 feet to a point, said point being the intersection of the southeasterly and southwesterly property line of lot 14; thence northwesterly along the said south- westerly property line of lot 14 a distance of 92.10 feet to the southeasterly side line of Silk Street; thence southwesterly along said side line of Silk Street 48.29 feet to a point, which point is on the line previously designated as being parallel to Broadway and 100 feet therefrom; thence southeasterly along said line, said line also being the division line of the Business A District and the Residence B District, a distance of 298.31 feet to the point of beginning and containing 71,394 square feet more or less area, all as shown on Block Plan No. 33 on file in the office of the Town Engineer, Arlington, Massachusetts.

H. Gannett, Sur- veyor. Said lots are together bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHEASTERLY: By Park Boulevard, as shown on said plan, eighty (80) feet;
SOUTHWESTERLY: By Lot 295, as shown on said plan, ninety-nine and 82/100 (99.82) feet;

To see if the Town will vote to extend the Storm Drain System of the Town to service that portion of Highland Avenue, between Arlmont Street and Eastern Avenue; make an appropriation for such extension and the construction thereof; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and ex- pended; or take any action relating thereto.

Article 37. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for the extension of a surface drain in private lands from Sunny- side Avenue to Alewife Brook; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating thereto.

Article 39. To see if the Town will accept the provisions of Chapter 332 of the Acts of 1955, entitled "AN ACT TO AUTHOR- IZE THE LEVY OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS TO MEET THE COST OF LAYING WATER PIPES IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE WAYS," as amended by Chapter 639 of the Acts of 1955; or take any action relating thereto.
Article 40. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for the construction of permanent sidewalks and for the installing of edgestones; determine in what manner the money shall be raised; or take any action relating thereto.

Article 41. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for the relocation, alteration and widening, construction of, specific repairs upon and improvement of all or any parts of Massachu- setts Avenue, between Cambridge and Lexington, within the town as now existing or hereafter relocated, altered and widened, includ- ing land damages, if any, under the provisions of law authorizing the assessment of betterments or otherwise; said appropriation to be used with any sum or sums which may be allotted by the Commonwealth or County of Middlesex, or both, for such purpose or purposes; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action in any way relative to all or any of the foregoing.
Article 42. To see if the Town will accept a gift to the Town from the Metropolitan Transit Authority of the tracks and track structures consisting of rails, rail fastenings, copper bonds, ties, ballast, track drains and connecting pipes and the paving between the rails of each track, including concrete paving base, in that part of the public way in the Town known as Massachu- setts Avenue, from the Cambridge City Line to the Arlington Heights Terminal of the Metropolitan Transit Authority; or take any action relating thereto.
Article 43. To see if the Town will vote to designate the way named Park Avenue, from Lowell Street to the Concord Highway, as a "Throughway," subject to the approval of the Massachusetts Department of Public Works, as provided by Sec- tion 9 of Chapter 89 of the General Laws, as amended; or take any action relating thereto.
Article 44. To see if the Town will accept the laying out of a Town way from Appleton Street to Dow Avenue, substantially in the location of the private way known as Virginia Road, as made and filed in the office of the Town Clerk by the Board of Select- men under the provisions of law authorizing the assessment of betterments; establish said way; make an appropriation for said laying out and the construction of said way; determine in what manner the money shall be raised, or take any action relating thereto.
Said way as so laid out is bounded and described, as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the southerly side line of Appleton Street and the easterly side line of Virginia Road, thence southwesterly, southerly and southeasterly on said easterly side line of Virginia Road on a curve to the left with a radius of 20 feet a distance of 43.20 feet to a point of tangency, thence south 32°41'40" east a distance of 90.85 feet to a point of curve, thence southeasterly, southerly and southwesterly on said easter- ly side line of Virginia Road on a curve to the right with a radius of 110 feet a distance of 109.64 feet to a point of tangency, thence south 24°25' west a distance of 175.76 feet to a point of curve, thence southwesterly, southerly and southeasterly on said easterly side line of Virginia Road on a curve to the left with a radius of 260 feet a distance of 201.82 feet to a point of tangency, thence south 20°03'30" east a distance of 191.54 feet to the point of intersection of said easterly side line of Virginia Road and the
